Development advisory
We help owners and developers plan and coordinate commercial development projects in Central Florida. Depending on the project, that can include:
- Site review and positioning. How a site compares on access, utilities, zoning and stormwater.
- Planning questions. Which zoning, utility and permitting questions affect value, and which agency or professional answers each.
- Coordination. Helping the owner organize the owner's own professionals and information so decisions are made in the right order.
We do not promise approvals, schedules or results. If a sale or lease is involved, that part is brokerage, and any brokerage compensation is set out in a written agreement and disclosed.
Affiliate projects
The firm's principal develops flex projects in Central Florida through affiliates. Those projects belong to the affiliates, not to Purvis & Company Commercial.
Information about a specific project is shared only with a qualified party who has signed a confidentiality agreement. This page does not describe the location, size, tenants or terms of any project, and makes no track-record claims.
