We represent owners, investors, buyers and commercial tenants on acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of commercial property of all types: industrial and flex, retail, office, investment property, land, storage and IOS. For multifamily property, we represent sellers and buyers on whole-property sales. Industrial and flex is our specialty. Each property is underwritten the way an owner would underwrite it.

That perspective is practical. The firm's principal develops flex projects in Central Florida through affiliates. Site constraints, zoning risk and the cost to develop are part of every pricing analysis we deliver.
