Privacy Policy

What we collect
This site does not require an account. When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, role, inquiry type, asset type, approximate size, timeline, property or market, message, and confidentiality and consent selections you choose to provide, and the campaign or referring page, if any, and the page you submitted from. With each submission we also record the date and time, the version of the consent text shown, and the IP address the form was sent from. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How the form works
The contact form is part of this site. When you submit it, your inquiry is processed by our website host, Vercel, and sent by email through our email delivery provider, Resend, to our info inbox (info@purviscocre.com), which is hosted by Microsoft 365. Each provider handles the data only to provide its service to us, under its own terms and privacy policy. You do not receive an automatic email; after you submit, the site shows a confirmation page. Vercel may also log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to operate the service. Fonts on this site are served from our own domain. The map on the contact page loads from Google only if you choose to open it, and then it is provided by Google under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the property or requirement you described. If you check the optional consent box on the form, we may contact you by email or phone about your inquiry. You can opt out at any time by telling us or emailing info@purviscocre.com. We do not sell your information. We do not share your contact information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing, and we do not use your inquiry to market other companies, including our affiliates.
Confidential inquiries
If you check the confidential box, we flag your inquiry for restricted review by the firm's broker. Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive personal or financial information through the form or by email.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to handle your request, for example with a cooperating broker, an affiliated title agency you choose to use, or the service providers that operate this site and deliver your inquiry to us (Vercel, Resend and Microsoft 365), or where required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and to handle the matter you described. Information that is part of our brokerage records under section 475.5015, Florida Statutes, is kept for at least five years, and longer where the statute requires it for litigation. Otherwise, we delete information or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you once we no longer need it.
Your choices
To ask what we hold, correct it or have it deleted, unless we must keep it for legal or record-keeping reasons, email info@purviscocre.com or call (352) 640-7707.
Changes
If we add analytics or any tracker, we will update this policy first.

The broker of Purvis & Company Commercial, LLC and companies affiliated with him own or may own property in Florida. When we market or lease a property in which our broker has an ownership interest, that interest is disclosed in writing in the marketing and to each counterparty.

Affiliated business
Title, escrow, and closing services are provided by our affiliate Purvis & Company Title (FL title agency G135550), which shares common ownership with this firm through Rob Purvis and Myrmekes Holdings, Inc. Using our affiliates is optional, and you may choose any title agent or escrow agent. Estimated charges are provided in a written Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure at or before any referral.
Lending
We can introduce clients to lenders; we are not a lender.
